Wasn't pleased about the month notice they gave me about increasing the rent fee. Basically suggesting pay the increase or leave. Management sucks.... In-store and District. Called customer care line and was told either one will call me... never happened.
They have taken good care if my stuff for over three years. Lots of options for payment. Reasonable prices. If you gotta store stuff, consider them.

Why I removed our RV stored at iStorage was because of the difficulty in making online payments, the system is very poor. And if the online payment system is that poorly managed, I would not trust the autopay system to function properly either. Never received a call from District rep.
